Twitter could not be easier or more fun to use. It is also very easy to set up an account.
Go to Twitter.com and read all the legalise....because you should know what Twitter is. The thing to remember is that everyone can see your messages.
Click on the Join the Conversation button to set up your account. You will just have to pick a user name, a password and enter your email address.
After that you are done. Look for friends by entering your email in the next window or just start sending tweets.
